Chili's Grill & Bar

Most of the time these corporate changes are so so but this experience was pretty good. First, and I know this is sacrilegious, but I actually enjoyed the chips and salsa more here than I did at Mexicali Grill. The sauce was thicker and had better flavor and the chips had more flavor as well. I admit to having cilantro issues. The skillet queso dip is simple but tasty. My fajitas were done right (never enough wraps though). My friend chicken dish was good. Service was really good. Full bar. NOTE: This place has a virtual restaurant attached as well call " NOT JUST WINGS" which I think you can only order online. I have not tried it yet, but that review will come soon. Overall a nice experience and AND SOO MUCH BETTER THAN THE 99 IN EASTON!!! Worth checking out.

Always have a great time here at Chili's! Servers Jessie and Ryan always have a smile on their faces and make me feel welcome. They're always good for a conversation and remember us since we come here pretty often. So glad that the restaurant is open in the dining room again so that we can come see our Chili's family. Can't wait for the bar to open back up!

Went for lunch with my daughter. We both waited for about 10 mins while slow before waitress came over. Ordered a triple dipper and a chicken corn on cob dinner. We got our drinks and while waiting for food i drank mine extremly hot and about 7 tables of customers. Waited for a refill and had cup on edge of table empty waitress walked by 3 times before noticing. Again it is slow. Got our food and my triple dipper came with no sauces. My daughter didnt have her ranch dressing either. The garnishment was a twig of parsely just the stem. Wasnt pleased egg rolls on triple dipper over cooked. But still promised someone i order them oneto go. It was slow yet everything seemed to come slowly or just passed by or forgot. I still left a good tip as that is how i am. Didnt know that i had to use machine to pay. I was paying cash they just said leave money on table. Not very good cuatomer service. Was slow and yet overcooked food and forgot sauces. My friend told me that his 2 blue cheese dressings on the togo order where ranch and had no ide what the third one was. Told him atleast they gave you some on a togo order. Sitting down they didnt being me any sauces or offer i had to ask for mine. Theres a photo of triple dip. Thats how it came to table no garnishment and no sauce. I wonder why so many bad reviews. I have run restraunts before and been in customer service. I seen the manager walk by to ask a waitress how her food was and the hostess and the waitress i had where all over with the one on break eating in main dining roo.
